ports don't change by plugins at portainer

Hi there,
i want to install via portainer the plugin Heimdall
I change the port to 8081 at the installation but when Heimdall start it ,it is bind to a wrong port
nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address in use)[01-Jan-2020 16:33:55] ERROR: unable to bind listening socket for address '127.0.0.1:9000': Address in use (98)[01-Jan-2020 16:33:55] ERROR: FPM initialization failednginx: [emerg] still could not bind()
What I do wrong ?

this will not help,
it seems that portainer not override the ports with the given in network port configuration

Same error in the log
[services.d] starting services

Have I something to add at the register Network?
