apt showing errors installing packages (locally or from PPA), updating packages, and when updating package list

Whenever I try to use apt-get update or apt-get upgrade they throw errors and do nothing. this also occurs with local .deb files (installing) and when installing packages from PPAs. outputs of apt-get update and apt-get upgrade are in aptFunnys.txt text file.
