    • "Device '/dev/sda' does not exist." not found on OMV installed on Debian container

Hello, I am trying to using OMV on a Debian container hosted on Proxmox but got a problem saying "Device '/dev/sda' does not exist." wherever I am trying to access functions related to disks - there are no sda or sdb or nvme0p1, etc. in containers. But other than that everything looks to be fine. Is there a way to avoid the disk requirement and maybe share a folder where the OS is or something? Is that achievable? Thank you so much!
    • OMV does not work in containers. It is looking for real hardware that containers don't have.

Nope. You will have to use a VM.
