    Hello there,


    first of all, I am new to all this Linux and coding stuff and I apologize if my questions are a little awkward .
    I installed openmediavault on my raspberry and I want to use it for plex. So when I plug in my Seagate Hard Drive and I try to mount it, I come with this message :

    I would really appreciate a little help, but as I said, I really have no clue of coding in Linux, so hopefully I could manage to do any solution .

    You can fix both problems by wiping the drive using the OMV GUI. I suggest you use EXT4 and a label without any spaces.


    I have two 8TB drives connected to my RPi4. My RPi4 is called RPi4.local. I call the two drives RPi4A8TB and RPi4B8TB. And I create a shared folder on each, with the exact same name as the drive label.

    votdev I have the same issue, but with an exFat drive that has no whitespaces on tis name, same error. Do you recommend to do the same or should I try something different?

    salut j'ai installé OMV et je n'ai aucuns plugins qui s'affichent je n'arrive pas partager les dossiers par FTP pourtant il est activé et je n'arrive pas à installer OMVextras ca affiche erreur du github. pardon besoin d'aide s'il vous plait
