hey guys i have this display link attached to my faulty asustor nas running OMV the lan ports are buggered i am wondering if i need to install the files from
https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/ubuntu
no idea how to install it, should i so omv can see the hub properly
not sure if this will make a difference in speed if it picks it up, i was going to buy a usb to ethernet but i have this for now, not sure if i need to install the file but any help would be great.
currently this system is a j1800 celeron, pushing 55MB/s on raid, i had similar speeds in ubuntu and windows maybe the celeron is just to weak to push past 80MB/s drives are in raid in windows it shows Read: 121MB/s Write: 106MB/s these are older drives for setup and testing atm.
currently its just giving me this
