MEM: 8GB Kingston
SATA Controller: AXAGON PCES-SA2 (ASMEDIA)
HDDs: 500GB for system + HOME partition, 3TB for media, 2x1TB for RAID (backups) - will change
PSU: some old 300w Fortron (CAPS replaced) 
Photos in attachment (sorry for fast photoshop - mess on the table

I see you buy AXAGON PCES-SA2 pcie sata card adapter.
You tryit to boot from this adapter ?

I have to agree with @jollyrogr.
A story would be; "I used the Asrock J5005-ITX (with spec's) for a 100 user network server, and it worked fine!"
I do like how it seems to be up out of harms way and there's nothing wrong with using an UPS.

i want to put 4 hdd on motherboard 4 sata port (make software raid)
and a ssd (with omv S.O.) on pci-express adapter to boot from this

No, the system boots from the integrated (INTEL?) controller, as @jimmy_cr wrote.

This should be possible, if the external PCIe SATA controller allows to boot from it.
