On Debian 10 you can only install OMV5.
Use the script in this how-to or use the provided ISO
Installing OMV5 on Raspberry PI's, Armbian SBC's, & i386 32-bit platforms
or this
Install OMV5 on Debian 10 (Buster)
Thank you for your answer. I have already downloaded Omv 5.0.5 iso. and i dont know exaxly what i have to do...
My system is 64 bit and i am running debian 10.2 amd 64 bit. if something has to do with all these.
Boot from the ISO and install OMV on your system drive.
But if you have already installed Debian 10 you can just install OMV using one of the two links above. The first link will be the easiest one.

I think his confusion is the second link only refers to SBC's... and votdev's might be a bit intimidating compared to the easy install script. He probably doesn't realize the script is the same, since the link doesn't specifically mention 64bit.
OP, to install on top of Debian 10 on a 64 bit system, here's the easy install script.
And make sure you have installed Debian without desktop environment.

Thank you for your answers. Well i finnaly made it work (somehow ). Now i have Debian 10.2 with OMV 5.X. But why without desktop environment_? I installed debian with KDE Plasma and continue using it,... Oppps i did something wrong?

Yes. You're going to run into conflicts at some point.
OMV isn't designed to run alongside a GUI.

With my "old" system (OMV v4) I had installed Xfce besides OMV (the base install was Debian 9 and afterwards I've installed OMV).
I didn't face any problems with this system - Debian 9 with Xfce and OMV (side by side). This system was running around one year without any hassles.
With my "new" system (OMV v5 on Debian 10) I plan to do the same.

xfce doesn't have as many configuration/auto-mounting services running as KDE, Gnome, etc but I would still say you got lucky and just didn't run any of the configuration programs xfce has. I definitely recommend not running a desktop environment. OMV is designed to be headless.
After install remotedesktop package I just use "startx" and start xfce locally. No poblem at all, using many years on OMV4.

I thought you were nuts until I found that there is a board setting to display signatures. I think default is to not display.

I learned a long time ago, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should"....
