hello all and question , can anyone recommend or are there instruction on how to add another drive to an existing raid 5 set up , that already has 3 drives in it , wanted to add another drive

Install drive -> Storage Disks -> Wipe (Short)
Raid Management -> Select Raid -> Recover -> Add new drive
When sync has finished Raid Management -> Select the raid -> Grow
Then, File Systems -> Select the raid -> Resize -
GUIInstall drive -> Storage Disks -> Wipe (Short)

The wipe part is only for the new disk you want to add to the raid5 array.

I am planning to set up a RAID5. I am planning to start with 3 drives and then add a 4th drive. Yeah as you said, I will have a full backup on a separate location before attempting a grow operation.
