How to Install OMV with full drive LUKS encryption (passphrase on startup)

    Hi, I'd like to install OMV encrypting the whole drive where OMV boots (except /boot of course), I suppose this is a "LVM on LUKS" installation. So I will have to put passphrase after powering on my pc, in order to logging to OMV and make it available on the network. How can I do it? Is there a guide? It seems the OMV installation GUI doesn't provide a similar option.

    You will have to use the Debian installer for this. From there you can choose luks+lvm or any other combination. After that install omv from the guides here in the forum or the omv extras install script.
