That folder is ok. Let me see your conf file. I have it from your zip file 0rtega. The forum is working really slow for me...
Passive ftp from external host

I don't know how to express my gratitude, thank you so much for you help.

Your .conf file looks good. The only difference between yours and mine is:
AllowRetrieveRestart on
AllowStoreRestart onBut that should not be a problem. You put checkmark in resume. I did not.
I am thinking it is a router problem.
Forward this port range from your router to your OMV.
TCP 14100-14105
We do this temporarily to verify if it is router problem. After that test again.

I have forwarded the tcp 14100-14105 and now works with filezilla client!
Can I keep this port forward in my router ?
But is very very strange... I have put the following rule. Perhaps is damaged my router. -
What router do you have???
You can keep the rule but it is better to get it working right with your router if possible. We need to look at your model and information on passive ftp.
PS- I use DD-WRT on my routers. It works correctly with passive ftp and I do not have to open any ports except 21.

I have this router and this modded firmware: http://alfie.altervista.org/amod/
-

I would leave those ports opened. I checked and DD-WRT does not make firmware for that router, either does Tomato. The router is the problem.
For me personally it would drive me crazy. I buy new hardware over small stuff like this. When I buy a router I make sure they have firmware for it at DD-WRT.
The best firmware for routers:

Well, at least now I know where the problem is.
I will check what 4 ports Gigabit router is available here in Italy which is compatible with DD-WRT (but I don't know much about it, but I know what it is).
If you have a specific model/models to suggest, please tell meThank you again, it was important to me for my work to find an alternative Nas/Server for my old Synology

You don't have to do this. You can leave ports open. I'm just very picky. I like my shit to work perfect. I fried the wrireless chips on a few Linksys routers. Now I'm using Asus. We see how they go. They need to put heatsinks on the chips in routers, so they don't burn up.

I have good experiences with TP-link routers. They are very cheap and they are widely supported by DD-WRT.
-
I have a small TP-link for traveling, use it in hotels. It is tiny.
-
Ok then, Asus will be
Not for the immediate future I'm afraid, but when i will replace my router I will check the DD-WRT/Tomato compatibility FIRST. That's a promise! -

I used to have an Airport express. But they do have too much things I do not need when I travel. (audio port etc.)
So i bought this one TP-Link TL-WR702N - Think it is almost the same you´re talkin about. Also running ddwrt -

TP-link brand also here in Italy is widely avalailable, Asus not so much. Please, if you can suggest a specific model let me know. -
I always mean to mod my new routers with heatsinks and maybe a fan, but I never get around to it....

Mine is sitting on an old copper heatsink from my ten years old Athlon-XP

hehe....

I have found the trick!!!
Instead of a range of ports I have created a series of rules with the single port. It seems that in this way my s##tty router can handle my FTP connection...
