How to troubleshoot connection failure error

Hi,
I'm getting connection failure error after I try to create file system on virtual machine disk. I've OVM setup in Virtualbox with two hard drives. One for System 3 Gbytes, the other for storage 70Gbytes.

How to troubleshoot connection failure error? I've found nothing related in /var/log/syslog, /var/log/messages or Apache logs. I've tried to install another disk on another OMV virtual machine and it worked!!

Could you please help me troubleshoot the problem and install this GPLed brilliant application?

The error is that the filesystem creation takes longer than the timeout of the webinterface.

Nothing to worry about, the filesystem creation continues in the background.

This error can occur in other sections of the GUI too.
