I have OMV running on an IBM x3650 server, single xeon 12gigs of ram.
I have OMV installed on an external 500gig seagate harddrive (i chose this over a usb stick so i wouldnt have to worry about swap killing the usb stick)
Im trying to use it as an iscsi target for storage for my win7 media center.
When coping large amounts of data to it via win7 (synctoy) the iscsi process hangs and takes up 100% of the server CPU. (istd1)
It cant be killed via kill -9 pid either.
It also doesnt seem to respond anymore to reboot commands, ive tried from CLI and the web gui, both say its going down for a reboot, but it never does.
Im wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem or if its just me?
Any suggestions?
Thanks for the help.
