That is good. No bad configuration in nginx.
Do you see any errors after the following commands:
monit stop omv-engined
omv-engined -df

did you reboot already?
Lol. Yes I have, multiple times even!
Is the screen blank when you try to access the web interface?
Yes doesn't even have any source code.
Looking into /var/logs/... I do see the browser trying to access the web server but after that nothing
Did you reboot after the commands in your first post? I think apache may be running.
update-rc.d apache2 disable
dpkg -l | grep apache
Apache is still installed but isn't running. Confirmed with ps aux | grep apache
Still need it for other things.
Ports.conf isn't listening on the port that nginx is using for the web interface
Just to make things clear
I upgraded from 1.0.22, not from 0.5
Everything was in order before.
That makes even less sense. I have upgraded seven machines, a couple of RPi, and a couple of VMs without an issue.
Are nginx, php5-fpm, and omv-engined all running?
Wish I knew what happened ...
In theory if I reinstall OMV will it detect LVM / Raid ?
