I overlooked all the settings, but I couldn't find a way to clear the wall in the profile. There's some stuff I would like to get rid of.

Can't you just put your cursor over each item on the right side and delete it?

I can as admin but a user should be able to delete their wall. I see what I can do.

Nope. This is not possible for the user itself. They have the possibility to report inappropriate posts and mods can delete it.

Now it is possible for registered users to delete posts from their wall.
