I'm trying to get linuxserver.io's daapd (iTunes server) image running in the Docker GUI plugin. Checking the logs and calling
both give every indication that it's working, but it never shows up in iTunes. As a troubleshooting step, I ran the image directly in docker on another Debian box on my network and it worked fine. Out of desperation, I restarted the container a couple of times, first forwarding all the ports used by the container on my other machine and then attempting to open said ports in OMV's firewall. No dice. No how. Any advice on how to properly configure &/or troubleshoot this?
-
Change the network to host instead of bridge.
-
Vielen dank, @subzero79! It took a little while to show up, but that did the trick.

Mtu 9000, change that to default 1500, see if it changes

it works now. Any reason behind this?
-
-
No that I know, it was something that I saw somewhere else. But you can ask the support people that maintain the docker hub.

Hi!Thanks for this great plugin !Since OMV reboot a few hours ago, i am not able to run my dockers anymore:

Looks like your container with ID 27595e028c47 does not want to start (Container command '/sbin/my_init' could not be invoked). When that happens the plugin fails to restart the Docker engine and you get the error message displayed. Could you try to manually start the container from cli? If it totally refuses to start you might have to remove it...
-
-
All containers have the same problem.
I tried cli too

Did not work for me.
When I try to pull an image from the GUI nothing happens. Pulling from linuxserver I tried to leave tag empty and add "latest".Trying to pull from CLI I get:
"Error response from daemon: error parsing HTTP 408 response body: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value: "<html><body><h1>408 Request Time-out</h1>\nYour browser didn't send a complete request in time.\n</body></html>\n\n"MTU is set to 1500.

I though you were using an older version of docker, some are not able to pull from hub anymore. Don't have a solution for this. You'll need to ask at docker support.

Thanks for trying to help!!!

Why is it i don't have /opt/kodi/userdata/addon_data/service.watchdog/systems.xml?
What i have is the watchdog from /opt/kodi/addons/looking at the log, i see watchdog is being used though.
Any info?
