Your help (the reference to Bram77) didn't work for me (the last statement)
service openmediavault restart
Failed to restart openmediavault.service: Unit openmediavault.service failed to load: No such file or directory.
aptitude install openmediavault
leads to reinstall, but then the new version 3.0.15.
So I can use the GUI, without FTP and with the 5 minute timeout-limit.
apt-get remove openmediavault- and hit tab....it will show you all installed plugins. select one and deinstall it. after all deinstalled deinstall omvextras too....done

The trick with hitting the tab, shows me the keyring-file.
This I could remove, extras ar not installed.
The result is the same like doing nothing.
If people want to do a clean install with 3.0.13 instead of the newer build do this:
cd /tmp
echo "deb http://packages.openmediavault.org/public erasmus main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault.list
wget -O - http://packages.openmediavault.org/public/archive.key | apt-key add -
wget http://packages.openmediavault.org/public/pool/main/o/openmediavault/openmediavault_3.0.13_all.deb
dpkg -i ./openmediavault_3.0.13_all.deb
sudo apt-get -f install

Eine kurze Frage hätte ich auch noch. Wo kann man eigentlich sehen, welche Plugins schon für die 3.0.15 portiert worden sind?
Hey guys i'm in big trouble i've managed to revert from 3.0.15 to 3.0.13 as LarsN instructed but now after i install extras if i try to install nginx it will upgrade me again to 3.0.15... Any work around?
LE: i've managed with apt cache and selected the proper versions.

Just as a thought is it possible to upgrade from 3.0.13 to the latest version without reinstalling the system? If so what are the steps?

I use 3.0.24 and upgrde from webGUI, if not possible for you, try from cli omv-update
