OMV seems to crash/loses Netwok and restarts afterwards

Well there is a problem with OMV.

Everytime when I want to watch movies from OMV to a Kodisystem. The movie stops playing and after around 90 seconds I'll get a connection error from Kodi. After that I cannot connet for ariound 30 seconds and then everything is in order till the next "crash"

Does anyone got the same problem and has a solution for this problem?Maybe a logfile helps but I do not know how to write one. I can telnet into OMV.

What NIC is on your motherboard??? Did you install the backports kernel? There is a button in OMV Extras to do this. The backport kernel may give you a newer driver for your NIC.

It'S an Intel Atom Mainboard so an Intel NIC should be on this small mainboard.
Sorry for the long delay. I installed erasmus now and will test it a bit.

OMV still crashes. Now after I copied some files onto the hdds for OMV.

Did you upgrade to the backports kernel? There is a button to do this in OMV Extras.

What motherboard??? Aaron has a script you can use if it is an Intel NIC.

Here's his script for Intel driver:
Change it the script driver version to 3.3.4, then download.

Thanks for the help. I will test this a bit over the week and will come back to tell you if everything works fine.

Strange thing is that when I copy or read from the NAS to PC/from PC everything is OK.
