"Failed to connect to socket" after upgrade to 3.0

I found other errors:

1. in the dashboard there are no services listed (see image Dashboard attached);
2. in the transmission panel, servis is disable, but it's running well, as its webUI (see image Transmission attached)

any suggests?

I don't use transmission but I would uninstall it and reinstall it. Make sure to use the apt clean button in omv-extras and clear your browser cache.

All plugins with version lower than 3 are causing problems. Remove all of them (except keyring), even Omv extras. You'll need to install omvextras for 3.0 then install the plugins from extras you want.
