External Storage not mounted after reboot

  • I'm running OMV on a RaspberryPi and it works great, I am using a 3.5" Seagate 3TB external HDD for storage. When ever I reboot omv, which isn't very often, maybe one a month when I run updates on it, the storage does not mount, and I have to go into File Systems and remount the drive. Is there anyway I can make the volume auto mount after I reboot? Most of the time I forget to do it, so its not till I go to access something on those drives that I figure it out.

    Thanks.

    This is a common issue with the RPi and some usb drives. You could try to adding mount -a to /etc/rc.local

    omv 7.0.5-1 sandworm | 64 bit | 6.8 proxmox kernel

    plugins :: omvextrasorg 7.0 | kvm 7.0.13 | compose 7.1.4 | k8s 7.1.0-3 | cputemp 7.0.1 | mergerfs 7.0.4

    omv-extras.org plugins source code and issue tracker - github - changelogs
