Personally, I stopped writing plugins that are just browser code (or cgi in this case). You can add it with the nginx plugin. The only file browser that should be added to OMV as a core feature or plugin should be something written with extjs that is integrated in the OMV web interface (using an iframe doesn't count either).

I found double commander.. looks good, but i am now trying to find out, how to get on it to network because i want to make queue to download from several places few things and make them queued liko in total commander... if anyone have some video or just waltktrough for idiots, i will very appreciate that, or if you know any commander which will handle that.. thanks a lot

I am new to OMV and I am missing a simple file Browser.
Sure, I can do everything via SMB from any Computer or Smartphone.
But what happend if I have to copy very huge data? I want to copy 8TB of Data from my external backup into my OMV system.
Do I really have to do this via SMB??
There should be a simple way to direct copy them from external HDDs I think.
This will take at least 2 or 3 days, so SSH is not my preferred way
Just a simple Filebrowser with a GUI for direct copy, move or browse files.
