I have some external harddives with data on it. They have various filesystems (ntfs, ext4 etc.). But I not managed to share the whole disk via smb so I can access the data on them. Is there any guide / tutorial about this? Creating a shared folder on the disk works fine. They all mount properly as well at /srv/dev-disk-by-label-xyz

Mount each filesystem/partition in the OMV web interface. Then create mergerfs pool with the unionfilesystems plugin. You can then create a shared folder for the pool with / for a path. Share that shared folder via samba.
I would really just create one filesystem on the drive though.

Go to the 'Shared Folders' page and create a new one. In the 'Path' field simply add nothing or '/', thus the whole disk is shared.
