Can't upload omv-extras plugin

Whenever I try to upload using the web GUI I get the following error

I was able to successfully install using the command line but still the error exists and just curious if a fix is known?

While I prefer people use the command line, your error looks like a browser and/or browser cache issue.

You were absolutely right, using Safari solved the issue for me.
