Error on OMV 4xx boot after reinstall!

I am trying to reinstall OMV 4xx after having plug in issues and wanted to fresh start then received the attached error on boot. Any help would be appreciated. I am booting OMV 4xx off a flash drive.

Figured it out! Reinstalled OMV 4xx on a hard drive and all is well! Must have been a flaky flash drive.

If your software source was on a flashdrive, and you where installing to a 2nd flashdrive, BIOS device naming can be a problem when the source drive is removed.

Try burning a CD ISO and installing from the CD to a flash drive. (Save the hard drive for data.)
