According to quite a few posts in the forum it is very unlikely that they will be available on current or future versions of OMV.
It is recommended to use them in Docker instead.
There a many good videos on how to set up docker and the needed containers.

i am running openmediavault 3.0.99 on my raspberry pi 3b, i have updated my system to 4.1.14 Arrakis.
but i can not find plugins i used before. especially downloaders like couchpotato, radarr, sonarr, sickbeard, etc..
are you planning to add downloaders and htpc plugins to 4.1

The plugins you are looking for were not ported to OMV 4 and it is almost certain that they will not be in any future version of OMV. Use dockers instead.
