i'm trying to install from a thumb drive to a thumb drive. My mobo is gigabyte ga-7pesh2. I have a usb hub comnected to my usb port and the thumb drive connected to the hub. I keep getting this error right after picking the time zone. I've tried different thumb drives but this keeps happening.

Try formatting the destination thumb drive with a GPT partition table then preforming the install.
