I've deleted oficial plugins by mistake using the aptclean function in the omv-extra plugins
You can't delete anything plugins or packages with apt clean. It looks like something is wrong with your repos. What is the output of aptclean?

Probably the official plugin got hidden after the action. Is there a way to unhide/restore it?
Apart from using the system as a media server, I used it to back up a mac using timemachine after installing netatalk plugin. Which recently stop working. I tried to resolve it first by re-installing the plugin and later using apt-clean, which caused all plugins to disappear.
I've not saved the output of aptclean but attached is the system information report, if it is of any help.

There is no way to hide plugins and aptclean does not do anything like that. It just clears the cache and lists. It replaces the lists after clearing them though.

That output shows that you no longer have omv-extras installed but it doesn't help much. Re-install omv-extras and post the output of aptclean.

I re-installed the omv-extras and attached the aptclean output for your reference.
