Openmediavault-Backup - Keep the last x days of backups not working

I'm using Openmediavault-Backup and have set it to keep the last 3 backups, but it doesn't seems to work, at the moment I have 5 saved backups.
Could it be that 5 is the minimum number of backups to save?
