Add Plex to Network Discovery?

I have a limited Wifi connection, so I can't run a plex server on it. I've recently figured out how to use an old AP I have and run openmediavault on its own Wifi network, apart from the home wifi. My only problem is, I cannot figure out how to get to the Plex web UI. Is there any way for this? Thanks for all your guys' help!

I did that... it simply did not work. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Keep in mind, my server is NOT connected to the Internet. It is using the Ethernet port to make its own network.

If I were able to create a wireless network through the wifi dongle that is connected to it, that would be a perfectly fine solution. The problem is, the network does not show up when I do so.

EDIT: Nevermind. Probably not lol if the plex server still used data
