Installed OMV on Raspberry Pi 3

I downloaded the most recent version of Open Media Vault 4.1.7 for the Raspberry Pi 3 and burned the image and then waited for awhile until it was done installing and configuring and I can see it listed in my router as raspberrypi and it is assigned an IP number the display on the Raspberry pi is just sitting at a login prompt and when I try to connect to the IP address in a browser from my Windows 10 PC it is unable to connect with the error
This site can’t be reached
192.168.1.172 refused to connect.
