Rock64/OMV4.1.22-1 (Arrakis, the armlf version from the Rock64 downloads page), external powered USB hub, 5x 2TB external drives.
I appear to have run into this issue, which didn't have a resolution beyond moving to a different platform - Union Filesystems crashes - "Transport endpoint is not connected"
