SMB/ CIFS Folders re appear after deleting

Having an issue where any folders i deleted through windows reappear after refresh. content are gone but the folder remains.

I remember I had this effect several times in the past with Windows XP (SMB V1). After a reboot of the Windows machine the folders are gone. At least I think it was.

Thanks i got it working had my Shares file permissions wrong
