Raspberry stuck at boot with external hdd

Hi guys, i finally finished my nas with raspberry and omv and everything works very well, the only problem i found however is that on restarting or after shutting down the pc, the operating system hangs on startup, a series of information very long and I have no way to stick it on.

the last information of the error mentions about a kernel panic.

I can solve the problem only by detaching the external disk at startup and reattaching it when the system begins to check [OK, OK , OK etc.], in this way I can start it.

Can you tell me how to solve? Thanks so much.

P.S. I'm using latest and upgraded raspbian os and omv with docker updated

this is the problem, on external hdd I have config some folders for docker containers, so if I turn on raspberry I need to do always this annoying trick, and also I can't boot without it attached because essential for omv share folder and containers.

essentially I don't need Nas h24 turn on.

So how can I solve?

Hi Aux this isn't speed the problem, my omv on raspberry run very well on ssd and hdd for storage file.

But if I turn off pi when turn on again I can't start properly system if hdd is plugged (it has a dedicated power supply), boot proceed correctly only if I attach just in time before start check [OK] etc.
