How do I know when the backup is completed? Its been 3 days to backup 10tb so far and I don't think it is done. Can I check progress?

No, rsync does not support that.
But you can check if rsync is still running: ps ax | grep rsync or have a look into syslog, OMV will log a message if the sync process has been finished.

If you have e-mail enabled in the plugin then an e-mail message is sent when the operation is complete. Sometimes the message is not sent when the file count is very high. But I assume this is a restriction of my internet provider. In that case I have to enable "suppress non-error messages" in the plugin settings.
I often use the File System menu for checking too. If the backup process is still running then the disk can be seen as mounted and the free space is constantly decreasing.
