How can I get my SSH command line
You ssh from another PC such a Windows or Linux, on Windows you use windows command and on linux a terminal, you then type in ssh root@<hostname or ip of omv> hit enter and then type in your root password, you now have a command line on your omv.
Ok I used PuTTY,
mdam --readwrite /dev/md127
-sh: 2: mdam: not found
$ mdadm --readwrite /dev/md127
-sh: 3: mdadm: not found
cat /proc/mdstat
Personalities : [raid1] [linear] [multipath] [raid0] [raid6] [raid5] [raid4] [raid10]
md127 : active raid1 sdb[1] sda[0]
2930135488 blocks super 1.2 [2/2] [UU]
bitmap: 0/22 pages [0KB], 65536KB chunk
unused devices: <none>
cat /proc/mdstat

That tells you the raid is active and it should display in Raid Management. What you have to do now is to recreate your shares, the folders and files will still be on your Raid you just can't see them yet
How to do that order
recreate your shares
many thanks

Install WinSCP on your windows machine and go to /srv open the raid folder and your shares should be displayed, then recreate in OMV, this is a normal process you have installed a clean OS, it's not an upgrade.
