An error has occurred

Hi! I have a problem,

When I make some changes on OMV I get a message with "An error has occurred"

and the log is....

monit[622]: 'nginx' failed protocol test [HTTP] at [127.0.0.1]:81 [TCP/IP] -- HTTP: Error receiving data -- Resource temporarily unavailable

I've been using OMV without error until yesterday... I've tried almost things...

Do I have to reinstall?

I've checked RAM and CPU usage and it's ok.
