Ok, I was able to fix it. Uninstalling of plugin or change USB port didn`t help, I just open this thread https://nut-upsuser.alioth.deb…r-powerwalker-vi-1500-lcd
and put these lines to config

Funny part: UPS also was turned off and nothing I could do with PC and server which connected to current UPS even after plug connector to socket back, I had press turned of button and turn it on again. Weird
