I've just update my Raspberry Pi to 5.5.5 but I've missed to copy command line to perform after and update, anyone have the sentence please ?

There is no reason to run anything from the command line after updating.

I think Ihad to, I had a omv failed upgrade after doing updates through cockpit, the OMV/GUI was a skeleton interface with no information.

Yep, that is for initial install. It doesn't need to be run after every update.
