proftpd Connection established, waiting for welcome message too slow

Hello,

I use ftp service.It's can connect to my ftp.But filezilla always wait in "Connection established, waiting for welcome message". It's will wait ten second. Could any options can fix this problem?

My system is OMV 5.5.9-1
