rsync driving me crazy

Id like some help, on getting rsync to work on my omv5 please.

I've googled the rsync settings and looked at vids, but I dont seem to get anywhere

I have omv5 which serves all my data bar one folder which still resides on my pc.

The pc is running Linux mint 19.3

I've tried copying technodadlife video on this subject

nothing seems to happen

The logs say that the sync happened

but no file transfer takes place

here is my rsync entry on omv

ant@192.168.5.102::/home/ant/Downloads/testtoomv

im using remote pull

what am I missing?
