Alternative to emailing logs and notification

I am having problems getting my snapraid diff script email summaries because they are too big.

This is the error that I get in mail.log

Oct 1 23:39:15 myserver postfix/master[1527]: daemon started -- version 3.4.14, configuration /etc/postfix

Oct 2 00:00:42 myserver postfix/postdrop[6491]: warning: uid=0: File too large

Oct 2 00:00:42 myserver postfix/sendmail[6490]: fatal: root(0): message file too big

I was wondering is there an alternative to sending emails to a email account on my ISP or Gmail.

Can I redirect emails to come to my omv machine directly or some how direct the email notifications to some sort of folder repository locally on my omv?

Does anyone have any ideas on how to handle large snapraid logs? How are others dealing with it?
