Hi,
I Upgraded from OMV 4 to 5. I currently have Kernel 4.17 installed. Is this the latest one? In not how do I Update the Kernel?

No, it is not the latest. 4.19 is the latest regular kernel and 5.8 is the latest backports kernel. If you check for updates tab in the Updates, you should see newer packages.

In Menu OMV-Extras - Kernel. I only see my currently installed 4.17 + a recovery 4.17 and a clonezilla Kernel.
Of course. You need to install a newer kernel first. omv-extras only allows you to select which kernel you want to boot. That is why I said look in the Updates tab.

Is there a way to install it manually?
Make sure backports are enabled in omv-extras
click the apt clean button in omv-extras.
If still nothing is available in updates, sudo apt-get install linux-image-amd64 from the command line
