After swapping boot disk and re creating share, I lost access to the share drive. I swapped the boot disk because it said it was full. If anybody has advice for the loss of access and the boot disk filling up so fast, I would appreciate it.

Regarding the filling up of the boot disk:
[How-To] Fix full OS filesystem - GUI login loop
Regarding loss of access: sorry, no idea
Maybe explain what you did between creating the share and loosing the access.
A screenshot of the file system view in the GUI of OMV might be also helpful.

Thank you macom for the documentation on the full OS filesystem. I will have to look into that. I saw the /srv folder taking up a lot of space, but that threw me off as that would take a lot of space since it contains the data.
Between creating the share and loosing access, I changed OS disks. I flashed Raspian and used wget to pull down and install OMVv5. I recreated the share on the new disk and created users as well.
I am not sure if this is going to help, but

I lost access to the share drive.
What do you mean with this? You have two drives mounted. You should be able to access them from CLI in /srv.
After you freshly installed OMV, did you create the shared folders and pointed them to the existing folders on the drives?
Did you set the privileges for the new user to the folders?
Did you add the shares to the services (eg smb)?
Did you enable the service?
Sorry for the large amount of questions

You know what macom , you helped me out. I was working on creating, deleting, re-creating the share and thought to myself, why am I creating a new folder? I just recreated the share with / as the root folder (/srv/...Main) and it is working.
No worries with the questions, I know first hand that something silly is the culprit.
