OMV Wont shutdown nor restart?

Hello people, i got mv running from a thumb drive on an old laptop (acer extensa 4420, AMD turion 64 x2 with 4gb ram). Every time i try to restart or power off the pc it gets stuck on "reached target shutdown" but it does nothing after that, i need to shut it off by the power button. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
