Is folder still referenced in another service, e.g. resetperms-plugin, smb....
If you have resetperms-plugin installed you can see in the "Shared folder in use" tab in "Shared folders" if the share is used in any service.

I also cannot delete a share. The original disk is no longer in the system - I can only move the folder. I also can't unname it so the share still has the name of the old hard drive. Where can I see what is still referenced on it, in the WebGui I went through everything - or where can I manually delete or rename it?

ah, thank you - it was due to a backup I had made on the drive

So with the plugin I completely shot something with a careless click. My nfs shares were no longer available. I tried a lot, last a clean install - but Kodi just can't navigate into the nfs shares - the respective folders are empty. In OMV are for others all rights read and write in the folders.
I did some searching and got setfacl -b -R and chmod g=rwx, which I ran on my drives - but that didn't help. What can I do?

So I have tried a lot. The solution was then rather cumbersome. I deleted the corresponding folders in the NAS, replaced the security information in the (ntfs) backup via Windows (full access for everyone) and copied it to the NAS. Now it works again.
