Files being constantly updated

Hi, I have pretty strange problem, every day my snapraid shows that many files (xml and nfo) are being updated (files that I'm not using probably for years).

From snapraid log:

update Media/Muzyka/Mariusz2/DVD3/\{INNE\}/Mid/\[Pink\ Floyd\].xml

I think that file content stay same but modify date is being updated

I was able to track down what is changing this file :

But I cant find reason for it, even clamav log say nothing (sent to me by email):
