Disks disappeared on restart, not visible in lsblk at all

    I don't have an answer for you but, since SD-cards are so problematic, you almost have to rebuild to eliminate the SD-card and OS software as a cause.

    You could set aside your current SD-card and build on a new one. If the new build doesn't detect the drives, it might be best to post something on the Helios forum.
