At present i have installed omv on ssd with 3 disk for storage.I had recently facing issues with errors indicating badblocks even though the badblock and smartctl commands used to check for disk health issues gives everything is good and has passed the check. I have badblock errors in ssd disk where I have installed so i want to reinstall the omv and check if the error persist can I do that without losing the data in 3 disk Or any other way to fix the issue with badblock is the ssd is going to die or it's just file corruption

Yes. For security reasons (avoid mistake) it is suggested to disconnect the disk during installation.
After installation shut the server down, connect the disks and reboot.
After that mount the filesystems etc.
