Raspberry goes into sort of workmode

Hi there,

First of all a bit to my NAS Setup:

A Raspberry pi 3b+ booted from SD-Card running Raspbian Desktop but in CLI

Raspberry is powered by the Strom pi 3 module which is connected by the Raspberry 4 power adapter

Two HDD both powered separatly

and a USB Stick

Both Drives are Setup in SMB

A VPN connection is also setup.

So this sort of workmode happends randomly doing either a File Transfer, or connected too the VPN or doing nothing. When the Raspberry goes in this mode, I can't access it through SSH or the Web interface. When hooked up to a Moniter and it enters this mode it doesn't freeze the cursor still blinks and sometimes accepts Input from a keyboard but doesn't react to any command typed in only after it recognizes the previously entered command and runs it. The Red and green Light are constantly on. Could it have something to do with the collectd service as it fails to run with an error signal. I've looked at the CPU and Ram workload and never seen both maxed out at any time.

workmode is what I think the Raspberry is doing as it doesn't freeze completly , I think it's working on something or tries to catch up with anything. Either way i will try switch to the Lite system and see if that fixes it

Problem has been solved, I reinstalled the System but the lite version, perhaps some update broke something as it wasn't always like this.
