Are you using a system with desktop environment like KDE, xfce, gnome?
If yes, be aware that this will cause issues.

and how can i solve it without reinstall? when i launch update appear this:
Failed to execute command 'export PATH=/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin; export LANG=C.UTF-8; export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive; apt-get --yes --allow-downgrades --allow-change-held-packages --fix-broken --fix-missing --auto-remove --allow-unauthenticated --show-upgraded --option DPkg::Options::="--force-confold" install openmediavault 2>&1' with exit code '100': E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem

read carefully your error output, have the solve command commented on: RE: error update omv5
-
it stays like this:
root@baco:/home/sferia# sudo dpkg --configure -a
Setting up watchdog (5.16-1+b1) ...
update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling back to defaults
-
root@baco:/home/sferia# sudo dpkg --configure -a
Probably won't solve your issue but if you're logged as "root", you don't need "sudo".

and how can i solve it without reinstall?
Why not just do a fresh install? Should not take too much time.

no
Why are you running a desktop on your server? There are reasons (this may we'll be one) it is not suggested or supported.
I'm not sure how your going to fix this
