Hi. I'm trying to use Syncthing with my set up and I would like to install OMV with Syncthing for back up purposes. The issue is that with current OMV its just too complicated to install Syncthing. You should not use old or unsupported OMV versions for any reason.
YouTube has plenty of tutorials about installing Syncthing with Docker.

My NAS and its back up are offline. Yes youtube has tutorials but its all complicated mess that I cant really understand. Thanks. -

I would follow the advice they gave you and install OMV5.
